The focus of this program is two-fold:
1) Developing base entrepreneurial capabilities and
2) A focus on ideation – that is helping new founders to explore and select the idea they want to commercialise. Participants in the program should exit with an initial value proposition statement and lean canvas.
Focus: Pre-Accelerator

It was amazing and many lessons learned. It was exactly what I needed, as they say "little knowledge is dangerous" and one can think one is on the right track. However, with Jamie and Johnathon I was able to clarify, crystallise and now focus on the next chapter. Some changes need to be made, some require tweaking, some to be lower in the priority list etc. A great reality check. I came away refreshed and more enthusiastic with a belief, that in following their guidance and direction one has a far greater opportunity for success and mitigate risks. Let's continue the journey on to "Ignition and Beyond".
