Why I Joined the Program
I’m interested in business and want to learn more about entrepreneurship, so I enrolled in the Global Entrepreneurship Mindset Program in Japan. The chance to engage with other students and exchange ideas was what inspired me to take part in the program. I gained a lot of knowledge about how Japanese businesses operate during the program. I found it particularly noteworthy and how they blend old traditions with contemporary concepts. I also discovered that teamwork, discipline, and long-term planning are just as important to company success as having a brilliant idea.
Adapting to New Perspectives
Meeting students from other nations was another fantastic aspect of the program. We collaborated, exchanged ideas, and learned from one another. Being a part of the program made me joyful, and it improved my ability to communicate and comprehend various points of view. It was a little difficult at first to adapt to a new culture and communication style. This experience made me more self-assured and open-minded. Working with individuals from diverse backgrounds taught me how to adapt.
Turning Ideas Into a Pitch
The day we worked on our company pitch was one of the most memorable aspects of the program. I had the opportunity to collaborate with students from other nations when we were split up into groups. We first exchanged ideas and talked about the kind of concept we intended to develop. We had to listen to each other and communicate well in order to come to a single decision because everyone had various perspectives.
Following that, we collaborated to create our idea, made plans for how it would operate, and get ready to present it. In order to ensure that everyone contributed equally, we talked about how we would arrange our roles as a team. I learned from this experience how crucial time management, cooperation, and communication are when working on a project. Ultimately, I was pleased with what we produced as a team.
A Valuable Experience for the Future
I hope to apply the knowledge I gained from this program to my future academic and professional endeavours. One day, I hope to start my own company and work in international environments. For me, this was a really worthwhile experience. I met wonderful individuals, picked up new information, and developed future-useful skills. I am really appreciative of this chance.
