Entry Criteria: No autonomous mobile robotics experience is necessary. The course is offered only for Western Sydney University students.

Course Structure

The Autonomous Mobile Robots Course will consist of 30 hours time commitment spread over 3 weeks

  • 1 online, self-paced learning module each week on OpenLearning.
  • 3 online lectures via Zoom
  • 3 face-to-face training workshops for hands-on skills development at the Micro Factory, Parramatta Engineering Innovation Hub

Online lecture dates:

  • Mondays: 28 April, 5 May, 12 May 2025
  • Time: 2.00 PM – 4.00 PM
  • Location: Zoom

3 face-to-face workshops:

  • Thursdays: 1 May, 8 May, 15 May 2025 
  • Times: 2.00 PM – 5.00 PM

  • Location: Parramatta City Campus 2, Parramatta Engineering Innovation Hub, Level 5
