An Airport Operations Agent is responsible for coordinating aircraft readiness and passenger facilitation across all stages of the airport experience. This includes overseeing check-in, boarding, baggage services, and customer service, as well as coordinating with ground teams to ensure that all aircraft services are prepared efficiently and on schedule.
Entry Requirements
- Prior experience in airline operations, airport services, or a similar role with a focus on coordination or customer service.
- Knowledge of airport operations, including aircraft readiness, passenger handling, and baggage services.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with an emphasis on efficient problem-solving and teamwork.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing needs.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as required by flight schedules.
